Venues

The following spaces are reserved and operated by the Venue & Production Management team:

  • Page Auditorium
  • Reynolds Industries Theater
  • Griffith Film Theater
  • Sheafer Lab Theater
  • Baldwin Auditorium
  • The Arts Annex
  • The Rubenstein Arts Center:
    • von der Heyden Studio Theater, Ruby Lounge, Ruby Film Theater
    • Studios 124, 131, and the Murthy Agora

Reservation Process

  • Submit a completed form no later than 8 weeks prior to your requested event date:
  • Within 7–10 business days, our team will respond. If approved, you will receive a Space Agreement to sign and return within 7 days.
  • One month prior to your event, we will schedule a planning meeting.
  • One week prior, submit all production materials (lighting, audio, video, etc.) to [email protected].
  • One week prior, the assigned production technician will confirm final details.

Reservation Policies

  • Inquiries must be submitted at least eight (8) weeks prior to the event date.
  • All requests must be submitted via the official form.
  • All ticketing or registration must be processed through the Duke University Box Office.
  • Food and drink require advance approval. Licensed caterers must be used. We recommend vendors from Catering at Duke.
  • Registered Student Organizations (RSO) must also complete DukeGroups approval.
  • Duke Departments using fund codes are billed based on package rates or time/materials.
  • External organizations may only submit requests during designated calendar openings.
  • Private individuals are typically not eligible due to insurance and liability requirements.
