Not seeing an event you were expecting? It's possible the event has not gone on sale yet or is ticketed through another provider. We recommend reaching out directly to the producer of the event to find out more information.

We have three main ticket delivery methods for our tickets.
- Digital Tickets: QR barcode tickets are available by selecting the button on your invoice and logging into your account. These tickets can be added to your phones digital wallet. Please refer to our Digital Ticket To Guide.
- Will Call: Tickets are physically printed and held at the Box Office for pickup. Please bring a photo ID and share the name used to purchase the tickets.
- Mail: Tickets are physically printed and mailed to your preferred address. Please allow up to 2 weeks for arrival.
If none of these delivery methods are available, your order confirmation is all you need! Your event will be working from a guest list and you will be asked your name at the door.
Whether or not you can pick specific seats for your event is dependent on what kind of ticketing is available.
General Admission: Your ticket gets you into the venue but there are no seat assignments, you are welcome to seat anywhere in the venue.
Reserved Admission: Seats are assigned by guest and you can make your selection by picking seats on the seating map when purchasing tickets for the event.
Ticket Bundles/Packages with Performances in One Venue: After making your event selections, you will be able to pick your seats from the seating map on the next page.
Ticket Bundles/Packages with Performances in Multiple Venues: Our system will select the best available seats across each show you select in your ticket bundle. If you are interested in selecting specific seats for each of your shows, please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you in creating a ticket bundle with your desired seats.
When you complete a purchase, a confirmation receipt will be sent the primary email associated with the account. You can also see a list a past purchases by logging into your account, navigating to your Account Home, and scrolling downwards.
Per our policy, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only available in cases such as cancellations or postponements.
