ACCESSIBILITY: REYNOLDS INDUSTRIES THEATER
R. J. Reynolds Industries Theater consists of one seating area with all entry doors at the back of the theater. The theater is designed with stadium seating, and except for Row V, stairs are required to access all rows of the theater. Hand rails are available for use on the outer aisles descending to the front of the theater. Those needing wheelchair accessible seating are able to purchase tickets in Row V, in the Left or Right sections.
For guests with vision or mobility impairments that prefer seats near the front of the theater with minimal stairs, accommodations can be arranged in advance with the Box Office. To help us provide you with the best service possible, please call the Box Office at least one business day in advance.
The Box Office for Reynolds Theater is located in the Bryan Center immediately inside the entry adjacent to the parking circle.
Restrooms equipped with accessible features are located on the top level of the Bryan Center just outside the theater. Additional restrooms are located on Level 2 of the Bryan Center and can be reached by elevator.
ORDERING TICKETS
The instructions below relate primarily to online ordering. Tickets in accessible seating areas can also be purchased by phone or in person at the Duke University Box Office.
RESERVED SEATING: On our seating chart, wheelchair-accessible, removable seats are available in Row V only and are designated by purple dots. Spaces adjacent to those seats, designated by yellow dots, can be purchased only for guests who will be using their wheelchair as their seat. Please select the price type that best fits your needs so that we may adequately prepare for your visit. For each guest requiring accessible seats, up to three (3) adjacent seats can be purchased for companions, depending on availability.

PARKING
Accessible parking is available either in the Bryan Center Parking Deck (PG IV), located at 125 Science Drive, or in the Bryan Center parking lot adjacent to the parking deck. A special event parking fee of $5 will be charged by Duke Parking Attendants upon entry to either location. Please ask the parking attendant to direct you to the closest open accessible parking spot.
