DISCLAIMERS & POLICIESBy purchasing a ticket for a tour, you expressly understand and agree that: (A) This site and any of the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and that this site makes no warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section "warranties") of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed;(B) This site specifically makes no warranties that it or any of its services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this site or any of the services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations; (C) Programs are subject to change without notice for reasons outside the control of Duke University and the Duke Lemur Center. If a tour is canceled, you will be notified as early as possible and offered either an exchange or a refund. (D) Admission is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the staff on site upon arrival. For information please call the Duke Lemur Center. (E) Sale or Resale of any tickets available for purchase on this site on any secondary site is strictly prohibited and punishable by law (secondary sites include, but not limited to, EventBrite, E-Bay, StubHub, etc). Secondary sales or transfers are subject to ticket cancellation and denied entry to a tour, event, or the property. (F) Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. (G) Per NC House Bill 998, effective, January 1, 2014, North Carolina sales tax of 7.5% will be charged on admission to entertainment activities in Durham County. The sales tax is in addition to the tour cost and itemized in your transaction. (H) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of canceled events. Purchasers will be contacted in case of cancellation with refund or exchange information. (I) All guests must wear a mask (snugly covering nose, mouth, and chin) at all times when entering any building indoors when onsite on property of the Duke Lemur Center. (J) All ticketholders and their guests are expected to be symptom free of COVID-19 when participating in a tour or while on property for the safety of other staff, attendees, and the animals. (K) Tours are rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the outdoor conditions. (L) Additional information about the tours, policies, and recommendations may be found online at lemur.duke.edu.

Safety Protocols for All Tours

Wearing a face mask is now optional for all visitors to the Duke Lemur Center, except those experiencing cold or flu symptoms.
Health & Wellness
If you or any person in your group are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please notify us immediately and we will work with you to reschedule your tour. COVID-related symptoms include any of the following: temperature over 100°F, atypical headache, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, cough, sore throat, muscle or body aches, runny nose (aside from typical seasonal allergies), change in taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

If you need to postpone your tour due to illness, please email tickets@duke.edu at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
