The members of Plume Giant describe their sound as “orchestral music in dream-pop clothes.” With backgrounds in baroque opera, music theory, and midwest vernacular, these three musicians play fifteen instruments between them.
Poor Rich Boy, the Pakistani sonic counterparts of Brooklyn’s Plume Giant, are known for their “energetic and pulsating live performances” (Pakistan Express Tribune). Appearing at Music in the Gardens courtesy of Center Stage, a groundbreaking cultural diplomacy initiative that connects foreign artists with American communities through the performing arts.
VENUE CHANGE: Parking spaces are available on the premises for $3, fully redeemable at Motorco for food or drinks. There is also free evening parking on adjacent streets.
