From Raleigh and the East: Via I-40 West: Merge onto 147 N via Exit 279B toward Durham/Downtown. From 147 N take the 15-501 S Exit toward Chapel Hill. Take exit 108A-Morreene Road. Turn LEFT onto Morreene. Continue through two lights. (Morreene Road becomes Towerview Drive at the second light-Erwin Road). Take the second LEFT onto Science Drive. The Bryan Center parking lot and garage will on your RIGHT. Exit the parking deck on Level 2 and follow the trail up to street level for most venues.
From Chapel Hill and the South: Via US. 15-501 North. From the US-15/501 Bypass N take the Morreene Rd Exit 108A. Turn RIGHT onto Morreene Road. Continue through two lights. (Morreene Road becomes Towerview Drive at the second light-Erwin Road). Take the second LEFT onto Science Drive. The Bryan Center parking lot and garage will on your RIGHT. Exit the parking deck on Level 2 and follow the trail up to street level for most venues.
From Virginia and the North: Via I-85 South: Exit onto 15-501 S toward Chapel Hill. Take the Morreene Rd exit via Exit 108A off of 15-501 S and turn LEFT onto Morreene Rd. Continue through two lights. (Morreene Road becomes Towerview Drive at the second light-Erwin Road). Take the second LEFT onto Science Drive. Parking Information: Parking is available for West Campus venues in Parking Garage 4 (Bryan Center Parking Garage). The cost is $2 per hour or $5 per car during events. Discount parking vouchers ($3/car) are available through the University Box Office with the purchase of tickets, please call or order online.

From Raleigh and the East: Via I-40 West: Merge onto 147 N via Exit 279B toward Durham/Downtown. From 147 N take Exit 14 and turn RIGHT onto Swift Avenue. Continue through the traffic light (Swift Avenue becomes Broad Street). Turn RIGHT onto Markham Avenue. Parking is available along Markham Avenue. Non permit-holders may park in surrounding campus lots after 5pm.

Parking Information: Public parking available along Markham Avenue and surrounding campus lots 5pm to 7am. East Campus lots require permit 7am to 5pm. Parking is also sometimes available at the Methodist Church on the right.

Baldwin Auditorium: Located off of Markham Avenue between Broad Street and Buchanan Boulevard. Baldwin has a domed roof.
Nelson Music Room: Located off of Campus Drive in the East Duke Building. It is the first building on the right when entering Campus Drive from Main Street.
Duke Coffeehouse:
Take a left onto Buchanan Boulevard, turn left at the next light into Duke's campus, follow the road around to the stop sign, and take a right into the Coffeehouse's lot. Located next to Epworth Dorm, adjacent to the Film Department in Crowell Hall.

DIRECTIONS TO THE DUKE GARDENS
(Main Gardens, Kirby Horton Hall, Angle Amphitheatre)

From Raleigh and the East:Via I-40 west to Hwy. 147 (Durham Freeway) split. Follow Hwy. 147 into town, exit Swift Avenue. Turn left onto Swift Avenue. Proceed to Campus Drive (four-way stop), turn right onto Campus Drive. Proceed to first stop light and turn right onto Anderson Street. Main entrance is 150 yards on left after the intersection (half-circle drive with stone walls).
From Chapel Hill and the South: Via 15/501 North towards Durham,  merge right onto 15/501 Bypass. Exit onto Hwy. 751 (a.k.a Cameron Blvd.). Turn right at bottom of exit ramp onto Hwy. 751. Proceed on Hwy. 751 to third stop light, turn left onto Duke University Road. Follow Duke University Road to second stop light, turn left onto Anderson Street. After first intersection, main entrance is 150 yards on left (half-circle drive with stone walls).
From Virginia and the North: Via I-85 South to Durham. Exit Hillandale Road. Turn left at top of exit ramp onto Hillandale Road. Continue on Hillandale, which will merge with Fulton Street at the Hwy. 147 overpass. Proceed on Fulton Street to the Erwin Road intersection - turn left on Erwin Road. Proceed to second stop light, turn right onto Anderson Street
entrance is about one-half mile on the right (half-circle drive with stone walls).
From the Triad and the West: Via I-85 North to Durham. Exit onto Hillandale Road, turn right at the top of exit ramp onto Hillandale Road. Continue on Hillandale, which will merge with Fulton Street at the Hwy. 147 overpass. Proceed on Fulton Street to the Erwin Road intersection. Turn left on Erwin Road. Proceed to second stop light, turn right onto Anderson Street entrance is about one-half mile on the right (half-circle drive with stone walls).
Parking Information: There is a parking lot as you enter the gardens to your left and another past the Visitor Center. During certain hours, there is a fee for the Sarah P. Duke Gardens' parking lot. Parking is $2 per hour.

DIRECTIONS TO THE
NASHER MUSEUM OF ART AT DUKE UNIVERSITY

From Raleigh and the East: Via Interstate 40 West: Take exit 279B to N.C. State Route 147 North, Durham Freeway. Continue on Durham Freeway and take Exit 14, Swift Avenue. Turn LEFT onto Swift Avenue. Continue for about one half mile to Duke University Road. Turn RIGHT on Duke University Road. Immediately after Oregon Street, turn RIGHT into the museum parking lot.
From Chapel Hill and the South: Via Chapel Hill Boulevard, US. 15-501 North. In Durham, take U.S. 15-501 North, marked Duke University/Medical Center. (Do not take 15-501 Business.) Continue on 15-501 and take Exit 107, marked N.C. State Route 751/Duke University West Campus. Turn RIGHT onto N.C. 751, and continue for about 1 mile. At the third traffic light, Duke University Road, turn LEFT. Continue on Duke University Road for about 8/10th of a mile, cross Anderson Street and make a LEFT turn into the museum parking lot.
From Virginia and the North: Via Interstate 85 South: In Durham, take Exit 174A for US 15-501 South Bypass - Duke University/Chapel Hill. Continue on U.S. 15-501 and take Exit 107, marked N.C. State Route 751/Duke University West Campus. Turn LEFT onto N.C. 751 and continue for about 1 mile. At the fourth traffic light, Duke University Road, turn LEFT. Continue on Duke University Road for about 8/10th of a mile, cross Anderson Street and make a LEFT turn into the museum parking lot.
From the Triad and the West: Via Interstate 85 North: In Durham, take Exit 172, N.C. State Route 147, Durham Freeway. Continue on Durham Freeway and take Exit 14, Swift Avenue. Turn RIGHT onto Swift Avenue. Continue for about one half mile to Duke University Road. Turn RIGHT on Duke University Road. Immediately after Oregon Street, turn RIGHT into the museum parking lot.
Parking Information: The museum's 100-space public parking lot, east of the building, is accessible from either Campus Drive or Duke University Road. The parking fee is $2 per hour, with a maximum of three hours. The winding path from the parking lot to the main entrance is about 100 yards. For accessible parking: Visitors may be dropped off at the Anderson Street entrance, where handicapped parking is available. For assistance or more information please call (919) 684-5135.

DIRECTIONS TO THE
HAYTI HERITAGE CENTER

The Hayti Heritage Center is conveniently located at the corner of Fayetteville Street and Lakewood Avenue, only 2 minutes from downtown Durham, 10 blocks from North Carolina Central University, and just off of the Durham Freeway (Hwy. 147). Parking is available on the premises or at Phoenix Square, Heritage Square Shopping Center, and adjacent streets.

From I-40: Take the NC-147 exit, exit number 279B, towards Durham/Downtown. Merge onto Hwy. 147 North. Take the Fayetteville St. exit, exit number 12A, towards North Carolina Central University. Turn Left onto Fayetteville St. Go 1.5 blocks. The Center will be on your left.

From I-85: Take the Hwy. 147 South exit, exit number 172, towards Durham/Downtown/Research Triangle Park. Merge onto Hwy. 147 S. Take the exit towards Mangum St./Roxboro St. (US -15/501)/Fayetteville St./North Carolina Central University Merge onto W. Morehead Ave. Turn right on Fayetteville St.
